I am not sure. I can ask around and find out. The same person tried to buy the group of arabians from me last year that Desertwind and I purchased. He wanted to buy the group of 11, 5-6 of them were small youngsters.

I have heard that some use them for tripping while smaller, then send them on to slaughter.

So, based on your location, I am assuming that those youngsters were destined for Mexico. Maybe the situation would be different up here, closer to Canada? Although I have quite a growing number of Hispanic clients up here. Most of them own Quarter Horses or Paints suitable for rodeo or flat racing. They do admire the pretty Arabian stallions when they come by the farm though.

Have watched horses up to #23 and they are all very nice. Wonderful halter prospects and broodmares....very nice Alada Baskin, Barbary, Psymadre, and Khemosabi daughters! #23 is very cool overo mare by Legacy Of Gold. Addis is doing a great job!

Anyone interested in taking home lot 81 if I pay for him? The buyers trailer is full and they want to sell him for less than they paid. I will buy him if he has a home. Please let me know asap.

Lot Number 81
Horse Name PA KREWESIN
Reg Number pending
Breed Half Arabian
Sire KREWE
Dam WR MISS BEYHAVIN
Sire Of Dam FARLYNS SHAH BEY
Gender Stallion
Lot Descr This 2-year-old Half-Arabian colt is by KREWE and out of MISS BEYHAVIN (twice National Top Ten Mare). He has great performance and hatler potential.

Are you looking for someone to come pick him up from the fairgrounds? From the video feed, it looks like folks are still there. Someone needs to grab this colt - with time and handling, I bet he'd be a great equine citizen.

That or a barn that can hold him for a little while so I can get him gelding and keep trying to find him a home from that point.

If he can make it to Oklahoma, I have a spot for him. I'm about 15 minutes off of I-35 and can meet up with someone. He is more than welcome to join the family here. PM me if you like myhorse.

There are some horses coming to Texas on the official shipper. I spoke with him this afternoon. They are coming via OKC.

I was unable to find a home that could help with shipment of lot 81 or that was close enough. I had home offers but I cannot cover all of his transportation cost by myself.Sadly, I had to turn him down. If anyone is interested in him please give Addis a call asap. He does have a severe hoof crack that goes up to the coronet band on one hind. He needs to go somewhere that can keep that foot clean and get farrier service asap. I wish I could have done more. I hope he finds a good home.

He was bought by someone, they just do not have room on their trailer for him now and want to re-sell him for less than they paid.
